Getting ready for winter

Since the cold weather is here to stay we decided to break out the winter coats today.

"What do you mean I have to wear this outside...I want to go swimming in the pool mommy."

Happily preoccupied with a snack in hand.

"Yes, I think my blue eyes go very well with this coat."

A snuggle with daddy to keep you warm during the cold winter months.

Helping with the Recycling

Genevieve has learned from a very early age that recycling is good for the planet.  Since she's gotten so helpful around the house lately, she volunteered to break down the cardboard boxes for the recycling bin.

Helping with Laundry

The girls are getting older and more responsible. They have started pitching in around the house with chores such as washing clothes. . .

. . . and sorting the clean laundry

     

Since they're so helpful with washing and sorting their diapers, maybe the next thing they'll help out with to is changing them, too.

While Babies Sleep

I've been painting little monsters while the girls nap.  Today they had a rather lengthy morning nap, so I got several underpaintings done before turning back into my alter-ego, Superdad.
